We use Adobe Muse to design websites. Muse was built for designers and not coders. It's ease of use allows designers to create very imaginative websites without having to worry about the coding. This frees us up to be very creative and to keep the costs down. You can always try and do it yourself which is not as easy as it looks. You still need to prepare your photos and graphics correctly at the right size and pixel depth. You can let a web company "design" a site for free using a cookie cutter template so they all look the same. Or, come to us.
